Shipping and delivery

Sicilianavini accepts orders for delivery exclusively on the territory of the European community, including the islands, with the exception of San Marino, Vatican City, Livigno and Campione d'Italia. The shipment of the goods takes place within the maximum time possibly indicated in the conditions of the offer. The goods are shipped within the times indicated in the order confirmation. Delivery times can be indicated even before completing the purchase procedure in the shopping cart summary or on the product page. This information is indicative and does not represent a certain date, as it is not always possible to foresee any delays due to the courier in charge of delivery to the Customer. In any case S icilianavini ® , unless otherwise specified on the product sheet, undertakes to deliver the goods within 15 working days from the order date and on average deliveries take place in 3/5 working days throughout Italy with the exception of the rest of the European countries where the average delivery times are 5/7 working days. In the remote case in which the goods become unavailable for any reason after receiving the order, the customer will be contacted for the delivery of a replacement product, otherwise a refund will be issued for any payment received, at no cost to the User. The User must be informed by email of the moment when the product is shipped by Sicilianavini .

If available, the User will be informed of the name of the courier and the tracking code of the shipment (Waybill or "Tracking"), through which it will be possible to follow its status. This information, if available, will also be visible within the User Account.

In the case of shipping bottles, Si cilianavini uses patented packaging approved by the courier, designed to guarantee the integrity of the product. In any case, upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the User will be required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, or in any case altered, also in the closing materials (adhesive tape or straps) or that no liquid leaking. Any damage to the packaging and / or to the product must be immediately contested by the User, placing a written control reservation (and specifying the reason for the reservation, eg "Laundry packaging", "Crushed packaging", etc.) on the courier delivery. Once this document has been signed, the User can no longer make any objection regarding the characteristics of what has been delivered. Any problems concerning the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 3 days of delivery, by writing an email to: assistenza@sicilianavini.com.

In case of non-delivery of the goods within the times indicated, the User will be required to notify S icilianavini of this . Following an anomaly in shipping (for example a package lost or destroyed during transport), S icilianavini will carry out a new shipment of the product, compatibly with the availability of the same in the warehouse, without further costs or burdens for the user.
